Solution

파일 디스크립터는 파이프, FIFO, 소켓, 터미널, 디바이스, 일반파일 등 
종류에 상관없이 모든 열려있는 파일을 참조할때 씀.

파일디스크립터    목적       POSIX 이름     stdio 스트림 

      0        표준 입력   STDIN_FILENO      stdin

      1        표준 출력   STDOUT_FILENO     stdout

      2        표준 에러   STDERR_FILENO     stderr

그럼 우리는 buf 값을 입력해야 하므로 fd 값을 0으로 해줘야 함.
따라서 argv[1]이 atoi함수에 의해 변환된 정수 값에서 0x1234를 뺀 값이 0이 되어야 함.
